The Beach The beach is 500 feet of Caribbean Sea as it wraps around the tip of the Sarteneja Peninsula. A variety of trees and landscaping will focus on the natural beauty of the area. The developer has had local guidance in the planning of the beach layout and looks forward to seeing the owners and visitors using the area.
The Dock
The dock will extend out far enough for larger boats so that we may bring owners and visitors directly to Caribbean Blue from Corozal Town. There are also plans for a palapa on the dock to go and relax to the sounds of lapping water under your feet and shade from the sun.
